Green Card Fund’s projects hold different meanings for different people. For more than 290 families our projects have offered a pathway for permanent residency in the United States. For the communities in which these projects are located, they have meant vital economic stimulation, job creation, and in some cases much needed services. For our developer partners, these projects have been financially successful and, in several cases, have attracted national recognition. For us, these projects are the source of considerable pride and represent the culmination of long-standing relationships, focusing on select industry sectors, and an unwavering dedication to our clients’ goals.

For its upcoming EB-5 offerings, Green Card Fund is partnering with Hansji Corporation. The company is a leading commercial real estate developer, known for its first-class hospitality assets in top markets. The company has one awards, as a developer and operator, from prestigious brands such as Hilton and Marriott. Hansji, which has developed, owned, and transacted more than $1B of hospitality assets, continually outperforms their competitive assets in Average Daily Rate and Occupancy. The company has developed more than 2,000 hotel rooms and more than 2 million square feet of commercial real estate in the United States and an additional 1 million square feet of commercial real estate Internationally. The company cites its keen eye for value-add acquisitions, cost effective development practices, and efficient operations for its commercial real estate success.

Luhrs Hotel

Downtown Phoenix, AZ

Green Card Fund and the award-winning Hansji Corporation teamed for one of the most iconic projects in Phoenix – a dual branded Marriott hotel in the historic Luhrs city-block. The $82.4 million project has helped revitalize the downtown area and while being an economic driver for the community.
Located near the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, MLB’s Arizona Diamondbacks, and the Phoenix Convention Center, the Luhrs project is credited with creating more than 730 jobs. All 54 EB-5 investors received their conditional green cards, and the project has already received several I-829 approvals.

Odyssey Preparatory Academy

Casa Grande, AZ

Odyssey Preparatory Academy was a ground-breaking project for Green Card Fund and the State of Arizona. Not only was the school Green Card Fund’s first EB-5 project, but it was also the first successfully EB-5 funded project in the State of Arizona as well as the first charter school to be successfully funded through the EB-5 program.

Odyssey Preparatory Academy, which is located in a school district that has consistently had failing test scores, has provided families in the community access to a college-focused curriculum. The project is credited with creating more than 96 jobs and all EB-5 investors were able to receive their permanent green card and have been repaid their investment in full.

Hacienda at the River

Tucson, AZ

Green Card Fund partnered with renowned senior care provider Watermark Retirement Communities for the development of this nationally recognized senior living community. Named one of the best senior living communities for 2023-2024 by U.S. News and World Reports, Hacienda at the River is designed to feel more like a boutique hotel than a sterile nursing home and offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care options for its residents.

The project, which is the culmination of decades of excellence in senior care for award-winning developer David Freshwater, provides the Tucson community with a world class senior living community. It is credited with creating more than 400 jobs.  Every EB-5 investor in the project received their conditional green card and the project has received an I-829 approval.

FOUND:RE Hotel

Phoenix, AZ

This one-of-a-kind boutique hotel located in the heart of Phoenix provides guests with the feel of staying in an art gallery. The hotel is filled with artwork, all created by local Phoenix artists. With modern amenities and conveniently located near sports stadiums, art galleries, and other local attractions the hotel has had no problem attracting guests. The project created more than 360 jobs and all 29 EB-5 investors received I-526 and I-829 approvals and have been repaid their original capital investment.
