With so much on the line for our EB-5 investors, we will only work with developers that have proven time and time again that they can successfully complete top-flight commercial real estate projects.
At Green Card Fund we stick to what we know. With more than 15 years of hospitality experience along with several real estate sectors, it only makes sense to focus on those areas. All of our projects have fallen into three specific commercial real estate categories – hospitality, healthcare, and education.
