As a part of our GCF Enhanced Standards for project underwriting, Green Card Fund makes educating investors about our project industries a top priority. By simplifying access to information, GCF puts more knowledge in the hands of our investors, allowing them to make confident, well-informed decisions about their path through the EB-5 process. Over time, our industry resource library will grow to cover a wide range of topics related to EB5 projects and target industries - so check back regularly for updates and new content to be added periodically.

The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools is the leading national nonprofit organization committed to advancing the charter school movement. Our goal is to increase the number of high-quality charter schools available to all families, particularly in disadvantaged communities that lack access to quality public schools. The Alliance provides assistance to state charter school associations and resource centers, develops and advocates for improved public policies, and serves as the united voice for this large and diverse movement.

The US Charter Schools web site is a place where charter school developers, authorizers, and operators can meet and exchange ideas. The Web site provides a wide range of information and links to resources to guide charter schools in every phase of their development — from start-up, to expansion, to renewal.
The New York City Charter School Center is an independent, not-for-profit organization, established in 2004 with generous support from The Robertson Foundation, the Robin Hood Foundation, The Pumpkin Foundation and The Clark Foundation. The Charter Center helps new charter schools get started, supports existing schools, builds community support, and trains new leaders so that highly effective public charter schools can flourish.
Through its storehouse of data and unique insights into American communities, CER uses information to turn parents into activists, policymakers into advocates, and educators into reform leaders. The Center for Education Reform changes laws, minds and cultures to allow good schools to flourish. The Center for Education Reform is a 501c(3) public, non-profit corporation organized in the District of Columbia in 1993. Support for CER comes from more than 1,000 individuals, foundations, and civic leaders.
 Charter Schools USA has an experienced and talented management team led by Jonathan K. Hage, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hage founded Charter Schools USA in 1997, an organization that has emerged as one of the nation's fastest growing and most successful education companies, with approximately 2,000 employees educating over 16,000 students.
