Managing DirectorGreg is the President and Founder of Bedford International, a successful financial services firm founded in 1991. Bedford specializes in corporate finance, specialized tax solutions and corporate incentive negotiations. With extensive expertise in commercial lending, corporate finance, and start-ups, Greg has helped countless real estate based entities become viable and successful. Greg's diverse operational and finance skills have enabled Bedford to underwrite and fund billions in commercial real estate loans and provide billions in federal and state tax savings for corporate clients.
Prior experience includes senior management positions at Fortune 500 companies and the leadership of two high-tech companies that he helped take public and later sold.
Greg is a noted national speaker and published author on corporate finance and specialized corporate tax matters. He has served on numerous boards of directors at for-profit and not-for-profit business entities, including the board of a commercial bank. Further, he has served in leadership of many civic and church related organizations.

Girish C. Patel
Managing DirectorGirish Patel is the Managing Director of NewGen Commercial, a diversified holding company specializing in the development, operations and brokerage of commercial real estate properties. The company currently owns and manages dozens of properties, including 17 hotels and 5 restaurants. Since 1982, Girish has gained firsthand experience in the hospitality industry, eventually leveraging his operational expertise to become Vice President of Development of B.C.A Hospitality, constructing hundreds limited service properties located across the nation.
Before relocating to Phoenix Arizona to expand his family’s holdings, Girish’s duties at B.C.A. Hospitality ranged from staffing of management personnel to Head of Acquisitions and Dispositions. Over the last four years, Girish has transacted over $20MM of limited-service hotel assets from Virginia to Arizona and has a client database of over 1,600 hotel owners. Girish is an active leader in the industry, and has served on committees and boards of prominent industry organizations such as the Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and the Independent Association of Holiday Inns.
Girish also believes strongly in community service and has played vital roles in the formation of organizations such as the Asian Indian American Business Group of Cincinnati, the Indo-Phoenix Symposium, and has most recently created the R.C. Patel Memorial Scholarship for under-sponsored students seeking a career in Hospitality.

Kyle T. Walker
Managing DirectorKyle Walker’s degrees in Business, Urban Planning and Sustainability together with his invaluable experience in residential & commercial real estate, general contracting, hotel development/operations, and government affairs make him an asset to anyone working with Green Card Fund. In addition to being a founding partner of Green Card Fund, LLC – Kyle is a partner in newGen Commercial, a successful national hospitality firm specializing in consulting, development, brokerage, and management of a owner-operated hotel portfolio that spans the United States.
Mr. Walker also started a renovating and contracting company that rehabbed multi-family units in Arizona numbering in the thousands and is a licensed real estate agent specializing in commercial properties. Kyle is also active in the Native American community through his involvement as a partner in Freckled Frog, Inc – an 8a designated minority-owned company that offers customized, full-service solutions for IT security and compliance.
On a personal level, Kyle Walker is passionate about improving education in the United States. He has worked to help make several charter schools possible in Arizona and donates much of his spare time to the Green Earth Schools Foundation.

James R. McDowell
PrincipalJim McDowell has over three decades of experience in real estate sales, acquisition and development. Since arriving in Arizona in 1978, Jim has planned and developed over 35 projects totaling over $200 million throughout the Southwest. His development experience includes office, retail, industrial and medical properties, in addition to several hundred acres of platted lots in the region. Jim and his three sons have worked together to successfully develop many projects in the past 10 years.
Trevor McDowell
PrincipalTrevor McDowell brings over 12 years of experience in commercial development and has been involved in the development of almost 500,000 square feet commercial real estate with McDowell Enterprises, LLC. Trevor is also involved with the back office operations, planning and development for Clean Freak, a successful Car Wash business. Twins Enterprises, a sister company to McDowell Enterprises, is focused on designing and building gas stations, convenience stores and car washes in the metro Phoenix market. Twins Enterprises has been designing and building gas stations and convenience stores throughout metro Phoenix since 2000.
